  • You ever felt in between realms: sleep and awake? Limitless is an intuitive + energetic massage that may include add-ons/energywork/breathwork/guidance & a slower more detailed approach to certain aspects of the body. This therapist connects by closing eyes and not worrying about the time.

  • Ayurvedic warm oil treatment applied to the third-eye point on the forehead in a continuous stream before/after the body is massaged. Induces a relaxed state of awareness, reduces mental fatigue, bringing balance to the being. Nourishes hair and skin. Supportive to those who feel they have overactive thoughts.

    30 minute sequence to the head, face, neck and shoulders. Energetic (marma) points on head + face. Great for clients dealing with tension headaches, insomnia and high levels of stress.

  • Infrared light penetrates the layers of skin to create a gentle heat in your body & raise your internal temperature. This produces a deep detoxifying sweat at a cellular level.

    Benefits: detoxification, increased circulation, inflammation reduction from joint/muscle pain, aid in improved sleep, improved skin appearance + boosts mood.

  • Reiki is a universal life force energy that is channeled through practitioner to client. Reiki is administered without direct touch, but a laying of hands can be necessary if determined by the practitioner. Reiki can deeply relax you and unblock energy channels within the body and auric field.

  • Yoni steaming is an ancient healing method of sitting over a pot of herb-infused water. The gentle steam permeates the absorbent tissues of your vulva, vaginal & anal walls carrying medicinal plant oils healing properties throughout your inner reproductive system.

    Benefits: Nourish, restore balance, cleanse, ease dysmenorrhea symptoms, moisten uterine membranes, improve circulation, release toxins from emotional stress/stagnation/trauma, strengthen/tone reproductive organs & promote overall womb health. We only use organic herbs and distilled water to administer steams.

  • Indulge in the after offering stillness with a (free) nap time space if you aren't ready to leave quite yet! Returning clients are also welcomed to come in anytime to nap + chill if you need a sacred place to relax and getaway.
