  • Focuses on releasing tension in the head, face, neck + shoulders. Incorporates energetic (marma) points and is ideal for those managing headaches, migraines, insomnia, or stress. Includes grounding essential oil and warm jojoba oil to saturate the hair — or can be done without oil.

Private Infrared Sauna– $30 | 30min. $55| 45 - 60min.

A private one-person infrared sauna with Bluetooth connectivity and chromotherapy. Play your own music, choose your lighting, and enjoy uninterrupted time in the warmth.

Infrared heat gently warms the body from within, encouraging increased circulation, detoxifying perspiration, support for a restful sleep, muscle/joint comfort and relaxation. Please use the sauna only if you're well hydrated. Drink plenty of water and enjoy fresh juice or water-rich produce before and after your session. If you're dehydrated, opt out of the sauna and be kind to your body.

Womb Herbal Steam - $60
A private herbal steam experience created to support relaxation, grounding, and connection with your body.

Yoni steaming is an ancient healing method of sitting over a pot of herb-infused water. The gentle steam permeates the absorbent tissues of your vulva, vaginal & anal walls carrying medicinal plant oils healing properties throughout your inner reproductive system. Benefits: Nourish, restore balance, cleanse, ease dysmenorrhea symptoms, moisten uterine membranes, improve circulation, release toxins from emotional stress/stagnation/trauma, strengthen/tone reproductive organs & promote overall womb health.

We only use organic herbs and distilled water to administer steams.

Mineral Foot Tea Bath - $45
Your evening cup of tea, created for your feet.

Green clay mask followed by relaxing foot soak in sanctuary-crafted herbal tea brew of passionflower | eucalyptus | blue vervain| lavender with coconut milk, essential oil, Dead Sea salt & magnesium.

Rich in minerals and nourishing botanicals this bath invites you to drink in calming care through your roots - feet :). An offering to flow with your wind-down routine.

Shirodhara – $65

Ayurvedic warm oil treatment applied to the third-eye point in a continuous stream. Induces a relaxed state of awareness, reduces mental fatigue, bringing balance and nourishment to hair and skin. Ideal accompaniment to meditation practices and for those with overactive thoughts & anxiety. Hair will be saturated with oil.

Henna – starting at $35 

Small freehand design on hand or body. Henna is a reddish dye prepared from the dried and powdered leaves of the henna tree. It is a natural temporary alternative to tattooing - wearable art, stain lasts 7-10 days. We use natural pesticide free henna that stains orange & darkens reddish brown within one two days.
