I enjoy just giving a good massage. I utilize a mix of techniques from my toolbox depending on what I feel from your body, and what you tell me before starting the massage- this includes: Thai Yoga, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF, Myofascial. Knowing touch is an integral part of our nature thats needed for emotional balance, in connection with other beings (and ourselves) and sensing the world we inhabit.
I am grateful to share my energetic signature with you!
Hope to touch you soon ha!

My style of massage does not force depth. Tension areas may appear but you should not be in pain or bracing yourself during massages. I do not rush the body, only work within its limit to offer relief. (Most) muscle soreness isn’t from physical stress. It can be the weight of the emotions + mental + societal fatigue stored in the tissues. It is very much energetic: maybe there is something in your life you aren’t letting go + so you begin to feel heaviness on your shoulders, or you have no will to create from your passions so you’re carrying tension in your middle back. Our vessels are impacted + accumulate this stress expressing it through pain soreness exhaustion. This is the way our body speaks to us.
Your body is trying to tell you that you need to rest.
With reconditioning + learning to relax into yourself more, naturally you will begin to handle more pressure + depth with the ability to become pain free.
Being intentional about stillness strengthens the connection with your own Sanctuary (your body)
Listen as it guides you above all the noise in this world.
